What is the unique approach to this course?
This course includes 20 videos, each approximately 4-8 minutes, totaling 2 hours. Each video follows a page in the workbook. At the end of each video, we suggest reviewing the content in the workbook, then reflecting upon and writing down answers to questions posed. Some lessons include more in-depth exercises. We also suggest discussing the content and answers to questions with a study partner and/or group. This helps all relate the content to individual experiences and life situations to strengthen retention and gain personal ownership of the concepts discussed to apply in practical ways.
